Thank you for shopping with VIRAAM. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item is defective

  • It was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@viraam.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We allow one-time exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)

  • Damaged or defective items

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill it

  • A return request for a defective or damaged item is approved and no replacement is available

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature
