Returns
Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

To initiate a return:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchanges
We allow one-time exchanges in the following cases:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

A product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill it

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
